Hi Anand …one guy told me that C and DBMS is basic …

Did u get the call letter for test???

Firstly I applied for Bangalore I got invitation which I declined as I was unwell at that time.
For Delhi I am waiting.

Hiiii …Today interview round was in Bangalore…So can any one tell how many rounds were there and what was the level of questions asked in interview???

Can you tell me after they told that you are shortlisted after interview…when will they give the confirmation mail and offer letter?

How many rounds u had on Saturday?

One was mcq then one interview with technical and managerial questions… anyone got confirmation mail regarding job

I attended the interview process of CISCO TAC Engineer on 22nd Sept. 2018. initially there was a written test of 45 mins having 45 questions. There were 3 sections: 1. C Programming 2. DBMS 3. Network Data
10 Questions on C, 5 Questions on DBMS and 30 Questions on Network Data. All the sections were moderate level and some easy questions. Focus more on Network Data as this will ask some very theoretical questions also regarding to networking. You should have a solid fundamentals of Computer networks if you are applying for this job.

After the written exam, results were announced around 2:00 PM and the shortlisted candidates were sent to CISCO Bengaluru office. The interviews was going in parallel there and it was either one on one or technical + managerial together. In mine case, it was a clubbed interview and was asked about my previous work experiences in networking companies and working knowledge on it like how 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz are different, How will you add support to 5 Ghz in a mobile that supports only 2.4 Ghz only, basic networking stuffs like routing etc. You should be problem solving and very optimistic to get a better response and first of all you should have a better understanding of what is TAC Engineer?, Don’t run blindly without having a depth idea about the profile.

They were looking for candidates who have strong basics of networking and good problem solving skills, having patience to solve quereis, diagnose or troubleshoot complex network problems.
Though now i didn’t heard anything from them after the interviews.

Thank You
