Nope… Using different browsers will not work and I suggest you use Chrome only.
And try avoiding uploading documents which are not mandatory.
I understand, their portal is a bit buggy… I too faced these problems… Scanned copies need to be very clear(even when they try to take a printout).

Did anyone resume approved ?? Mine rejected again saying upload in doc or PDF I have tried in all this format still got rejected I m not understanding what to do now.

I have uploaded my documents in the Accenture candidate profile,but it is stating that there is a change in branch name which is in mark-sheet with that of the branch name given .But the tab to edit the branch name is disabled.How can the problem be fixed.Is anyone else facing the same issue?
