Yesterday evening the allotted me 1 more task to update my college name (which have been marked as others and I am unable to edit it to ). If any one have faced the same problem you help is needed.

Yes I tried using Mozilla nd did not receive any mail regarding this but they replied me through helpdesk to my query which I have posted 5-6 days ago.
