Please upload your 3,4,5,6 sem marksheet serially as 1,2,3,4.
In the place of 5th and 6th, you can write the subject name as “lateral entry only 4 sems”
And give 0 marks.
And for uploading you can write a short application stating your problem.
Everyone else getting warnings of mismatch please ignore that and use ‘agree and continue’

Numeric score means score out of 100 or Credits Earned which is either 1,2,3,4 or 5(if pass we get full credits or 0 for failing). As if out of 100 then credit index will be in hundreds.
Credit score is your pointer in each subject * credit index( suppose you got 8 pointer in a subject and it’s credit index is 4 then credit score is 8*4 =32
But Accenture form has mentioned Credit Index = Credit Score * Grade Point (in numeric)

CE*GP is your credit score and credit index is credit earned
for all those getting invalid LOA, please print directly from the link, dont send them to other mail id’s and take a print. when i did that even i got those error messages. also please do the signature in blue ink(i had done previously with black ink and it came out as invalid documnet)
Those who are facing problem in LOA plz do a scan from cam scanner on your phone and cut all the white space around a page and save it within 1MB and in a png or jpg file. May be by this u all can come out of this problem.I was also facing the same problem but now I did with this process and it get submitted.
