I have completed the bond period with company, Why can’t I apply to another job?
Till you are under your moratorium period, you cant apply to other jobs.You can only apply after 2 years if you joined a company through elitmus.Go through this.hope it would help.
The moratorium period put on a candidate is for a maximum of 2 years. The period is independent of the service agreement that the company has with the candidate. In case the candidate leaves the company before 2 years, they can send the original relieving letter to query@elitmus.com , or the relieving company’s HR can send an email to eLitmus certifying that the candidate in question has left the company, and then the moratorium will be removed.
