Yes, I agree attitude is very much important as are the skills. One should not just focus on improving his/her skills but should also work on there attitude and how they see things and how they take it…
Absolutely agree with that. Behaviour and attitude are responsible to take actions.
I agree with this that attitude is more necessary than skills. One may have the great skills in accounting or finance work or may be in IT skills but whenever he or she is asked to deal with an customer then it’s necessary to handle the customer at any situation because we can’t predict the behavior of any customer but as too keep maintaining the good will for the company we need to handle it in such a way that everything remains cool. So keeping nerve systems stable and dealing perfectly having knowledge in the topic these all expresses together our attitude. This is much necessary for handling a a business or job anything.
Hmm, there are some parts that i agree with and some parts which i dont.
Agree with article :
No matter what, at the end of the day attitude is what matters. A person cannot just simply get away with his or her deeds. It’s just how the nature works. It creates a huge impact with his environment / people around him, and their reaction will in turn create an effect on him. This is a recursive loop and will simply grow exponentially. Hence it is important for him/her to keep the best attitude.
Dont agree with the article :
Should we sympathize with the freshers ? maybe yes
Are they really responsible for their troubles ?, maybe yes and no, the answer is not clear. The correct logical explanation can be, they did not cause the trouble hence are not technically responsible, but as part of life they have to go through the toughest of times (everyone has to, and they got no other choice).
But what i feel is, sympathizing won’t reduce or change the cause of trouble, but rather gives a sense of comfort, in the already existing difficult times, this could come in handy.
At the end this will give us a bigger basket of people and a bigger healthy completion, which means people are selected purely based on their skills/attitude.
yes completely agree
Having a positive attitude and persistence will definitely help them in the long run.
Attitude of a person is responsible in making or breaking one’s career. Your will to get hired has a lot to do with your success but sometimes situations also are not supportive. So I believe that to some extent freshers are in the wrong but not in all cases.
I agree
Attitude certainly plays a significant role in determining success in one’s career, and in some cases, it can be more important than skills alone. While skills are undoubtedly essential and often a prerequisite for certain roles, it is the right attitude that often sets individuals apart and enables them to excel. Here’s why attitude is crucial in achieving success in one’s career:
1.Adaptability
2.Motivation and Resilience
3.Teamwork and Collaboration
4.Problem-Solving and Creativity
5.Leadership Potential
Yes!! i agree with that because i think it’s not an attitude i feel that if we are confident about our skills we can take any challenge and will not think it as an impossible thing ,so our confidence creates an attitude which helps to create an imagination in our competetors that we are growing.
So i agree with the words “ATTITUDE HELPS YOU SUCEED IN CAREER MORE THAN SKILLS”
Yes, I completely agree with this article and according to me in our starting career learn-life-balance is all what matters. Learning is not only limited to skills , how we behave is also matters so developing an attitude while learning will effect our growth.
A Real eye opener for freshers. Positive attitude will let to a job but successive attitude will led towards a successful person.
Attitude and skills really matter…agreed
Attitude is more important in professional culture beacuse technical skills are only using for some year’s, but behaviour and soft skills are more usefull in managerial or specialist posts.
Totally agreeing to what that’s said above.
In a world where technology keeps changing every single day.one needs to get updated with it to know how new changes can develop and take us forward for a more bright future. But for a person to learn new skills and stay updated one needs to have an atttitude to learn and grow and also sometimes teach his fellow mates.the attitude which will take you forward and will benefit you more is more important than the skills you have.Hence i strongly agree on this point.
I also agree that attitude matters a lot and you should be prepared for the worst and hope for the best
Yes, I totally agree that attitude make us what we are. People’s psychological health is improved and they are better able to handle difficult events in the workplace when they have a positive outlook and a pleasant attitude.
Attitude is important because it can influence your ability to move through the world. Maintaining a positive attitude can help you achieve success in your personal and professional life.
Yes…i absolutely agree with this…that attitude is important…attitude is developed through direct experiences…In some of the cases attitude becomes more important than skills…
