My senior was 2016 batch from my college and she got placed in late 16 in Accenture through Elitmus only, I’m not getting what exactly the point is, my score is 120+

Look, the shortlisting game is simple -

Candidate from College List.
Candidate total score 100+.

Now, Accenture is hiring for Application Development Associate, (formerly known as ASE / Associate Software Engineer), This profile has college list as mandatory criteria!

Now if you have noticed, they also hire for ASE - IT Operations role too, and this has no restrictions for college.!

I am 100% sure that your senior, and everyone who says that their seniors were placed in Accenture without college list, they were placed as ASE - IT Ops.

There is a lot of difference between the profiles -
ASE - 3.5 LPA, development, testing,
ASE -IT Ops - 3 LPA, support

I hope you understand now.

We hvnt…evn got call letter for 17th jan drive…rachna…did u gt generate admit card option.

I’m talking about the drive on 20th Jan in Delhi
And I have received admit card from elitmus… waiting for Accenture to mail me the admit card… As far as I know, they are going to mail the admit card a day before the interview.

Do you know about selection process?
Means did they conduct another apti at the interview venue or direct interview round was conducted for applicants thru elitmus?

There was an attendance of 300 (approximately) on the 6th.
So expect a similar number.
