- Candidate from College List.
- Candidate total score 100+.
Now, Accenture is hiring for Application Development Associate, (formerly known as ASE / Associate Software Engineer), This profile has college list as mandatory criteria!
Now if you have noticed, they also hire for ASE - IT Operations role too, and this has no restrictions for college.!
I am 100% sure that your senior, and everyone who says that their seniors were placed in Accenture without college list, they were placed as ASE - IT Ops.
There is a lot of difference between the profiles -
ASE - 3.5 LPA, development, testing,
ASE -IT Ops - 3 LPA, support
