I am not sure about the designation in Accenture but if a person is into ITES or IT operations,he will be engaged in technical support.There are some testing projects that come under BPO billing. If the job involves running/correcting JAVA scripts it may still come under BPO/BPS. Role Compute/Workplace/Security/Network Coding using Java or working on platforms like SAP support will give you an Engineer designation.It depends on the project.If you have questions,you can generally ask the HR if the project is billed as IT or operations BPO project.

They don’t need anything , just a resume does the work.

Basic courtesy of an interview, you should carry all original mark sheets,certificates and few photocopies

eLitmus take cares of everything(Verification).
Carry your mark sheets because sometimes they ask it during interview.

I was rejected in HR interview because I dozed off for a few seconds :stuck_out_tongue:
