Which ph score is considered,whether the latest one or the highest scored one

I have a query that i got ph score results it was above average i want to write the exam again.After taking of ph test again if i get score less than above score which one will be considered i want to know that can you please tell about that.

Whichever is better(Highest mark) will be considered.
