What are the mandatory documents to bring in ph test

I didn’t collect the last sem result. But I have a downloaded copy. Without that I have all the documents. Is there any problem?

You need 10th and 12th original marksheets,pass certificates. This should be enough to get your result out. It is recommended that you carry any one of your original semester marksheets, although it is okay if you don’t.
