Unable to Re-Apply for a Job

I have applied for a job 2 months back.As per eligibility,the reviewer did not short list me.So the status shows “Not Shortlisted” which means “If a company has reviewed your profile and is sure it will never call you for the selection process”…Now the company has reduced it’s eligibility criteria which my profile meets.How to edit/re-apply for the job in this case?

How do you know, that they have reduced the criteria.?

I received the mail.I am talking about Motorola Drive…Earlier it was for CGPA of 8+…Now they are accepting for 7.5+…
