Score withheld for documents but Im in final year still

I gave the test on Oct 2nd and im a 2017 passout
The original tenth is with the collage management and will not be given to me till 2017.
Hence i showed the xerox copy and custodian as well which i had for passport purpose during my exam.

Now as the results are released it says score withheld for that reason.

Just make them a call and ask that if score withheld are really due to the document verification or not. Because in my case it was showing the same to me also but when reached the centre with all my documents they told me that there is a problem with the OMR sheet and it will be solved within 15-8 WORKING days. I had appeared for the test on 18th sept but my score got released on 13th oct. So no need to worry. It happens. At last elitmus is a privately held organization, so they will address your problem with their utmost concern

I called and enquired about this. They say that original 10th and Inter needed forsure. But for the final year students who are yet to passout in 2017 collage doesnt return their original documents.
