what is the proper process to reschedule upcoming interview as i got a interview call from goomo for 3rd dec in its office in bangalore but i have my semester exam on 4th december in delhi . so is there any process ,so that i can reschedule my interview

You can call eLitmus and request them but chances are less that they will reschedule for 1 person.
