REGARDING scholarship code for absent examine

There was a pH test at Kolkata in 17th June. I was absent that day. Can i get the scholarship code as per the link- I had paid for the pH test but I was unable to attend the event. Please help
If so please let me know the process,

They will refund the base amount leaving the tax.
