i have pay for a test (full payment)but could not attend the test dated 12th august but still not got the refund or discount or scholarship coupon. i need to book y test again for the 9th september batch. when ill i get the refund please reply asap.

eLitmus employees do not respond here in Adda.
You should call the helpline number. I know it is unreachable 99% of the time but you need to keep trying throughout the day.

Also, drop an email to them, filling every detail you can -
cid, regn no., transaction. no, date, time, phone, etc
