I have paid money on 11th Oct, 2016 to write the exam on 16th Oct, 2016 10:00 Am. Due to health condition i can’t able to attend the exam, can you please refund my amount or can i use that money for upcoming exam on sunday 6th november if possible.
same incident happened with me.They will give you a code of 450 rupee ,rest of money u have to pay again.and most important thing is code timing.code will display only after 1.5-2 month or more than that as in my case i missed the test in may and i got my code in sep.
last thing u have to mail helpdesk for code.
There is no Category option for related to choose money refund.
when will they give code.
