Query regarding applying for entry level job

Hi,
I am new to eLitmus and I have already applied for Samsung Research Institute - Bangalore (SRI-B) for software engineer position without giving the test.Sir/Ma’am, I am going to give the pH test for the first time on 16 April 2017 and the deadline for the job application is 20th April.

Since I already applied without having test score will my application for Samsung will get declined or do I need to re-apply after that?

after attempting ph test it would take approx. 1month to release result so there is no use to apply for any company
