I have given PH test on june 20th 2021 . till now i didn’t received its score . showing as your result is being processed . may i know why this much of delay . it been 4 month since i gave my test . when can i expect to get the score

i also gave test on dec 21 and now it’s april 2022 , didn’t get the score till now.
