Ph score is in withheld

My PH score is in withheld because i didnt showed my 10th , 12th ,btech original certificates during exam.Because it is in my college they will not allow to get original certificates before graduation.i can apply for job?

You can ask the college authorities for certificates and show it to elitmus to reveal your ph score.
