I have done my btech in 2016 and writing elitmus this 7th may test. I have seen there is no opening for 2016 passout so will I able to attain the openings for 2017 or there is no hope.

No, 2016 batch passed outs can’t attend 2017 batch openings.

there are many opening for 2016 batch I strongly suggest you to give elitmus test because there would be opening for 2016 batch in future too.

there r lot of opportunity do appear for pH test.
