They won’t assure you anything through that query mail, really its waste of time. They will send an Auto-generated mail “Candidature in progress please wait”. They will send this kind of mail upto 3-4 months also.

How to check the status??

Go to Accenture careers
Click on sign in
Click on forgot password
They will send a mail to reset the password
Click that link & set your own password
Then sign in with your email and password.Then in the top right corner you can see your name and a logo click on that then go to edit profile.After that you can see a quote like “If you have already applied then click here”.Then click on ‘click here’ in new tab after that you can see your​ status.
