Can companies negotiate final package after being recruited through eLitmus?
I was hired at a higher package through eLitmus but at the time of joining,the company had put me on probation for 6 months and gave a much lower package (Nothing was mentioned about probation in the job posted on eLitmus portal).They promised to give me the mentioned package after completion of probation. Now it’s almost 1 year and there’s no positive response from the company’s side. Can I approach eLitmus for this?
