When your score has been withheld, the ‘My tests’ section under Tests would show a link ‘Your pH Test Score is withheld.’ against the test for which score is withheld Click on this link to get further information on the same.
Your pH score is withheld due to these two reasons:
Case 1 : You didn’t produce all the relevant original documents on the test day (photo ID, Xth/XIIth, Graduation certificates etc.) for verification.
In this case, you can get your documents verified either at our Bangalore office on Monday to Friday between 11 AM to 5 PM(except on Public Holidays) OR during the next pH test date at a pH test center near you. (You can check the pH test venue by clicking on the link ‘Your pH Test Score is withheld’ in the ‘My tests’ section under Tests. This option would typically be available 36 hours prior to the test date).
PLEASE NOTE you have to bring your admit card with photo affixed along with government issued photo ID card and all your original documents.
