My email id associated with elitmus is being discontinued(domain being changed). How do i get the primary email id changed?

Need help please! eltmus doesn’t allow change of primary email, and i’m not getting any emails on my secondary email even after changing the required settings

I too have changed the settings to get mails on my secondary id and I am receiving mails on that id from the time I have updated the settings.
