Countries and communities become richer when they create Intellectual Properties (IPs)

It does not take an army to create IPs, but a small platoon of ninjas
Nothing will be sadder than a company engaged in creating great IP perish because of its inability to hire great talent.
Equally, in country like India where there is a scarcity of talent, letting good talent be underemployed** is criminal. This happens all the time, especially if the candidate belongs to remote states like Chattisgarh, Himachal, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Uttarakhand or North East sisters. In short, we strive to be a catalyst in making economies (India) become competitive by moving up the value chain.
**underemployed = good talent employed in a job which uses a fraction of their abilities
