Hello, what kind of coding questions should we expect for MetricStream coding challenge? Will it be only SQL based? What will be the level of difficulty? And which topics should I stress more for brushing up the concepts?

If you have very good algorithmic profile don’t go. If you have enough knowledge of programming languages then you should go for it. Also you should have good grasp of SQL concepts. The interviewer will try to confuse you with many things. And yes you should be prepared for deep dive into atleast one programming language like you should know internals of that language really well.
