why there is no new job coming , which has event location Kolkata ?

Kolkata rarely get events. Even if there are events, only the initial written rounds are held here. You will definitely need to fly to the office for a F2F.
Kolkata has nil presence of product based companies and all start-ups. All are based in Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad.
If your final examinations are complete, I suggest you to move to Bangalore so that you may make the most out of eLitmus.
Believe me, I had the same doubt as you last year and waited here till November and missed EVERYTHING! You have time till November. In the upcoming months, you will see a lot of drives for 2018. Once November arrives, it will rain internships for 2019 batch and you will not be in focus of the companies then.
