Aren’t there any jobs open for candidates with a one or two years experience? All the jobs seem to be targetting 2016 passout and not accepting any applications from experienced candidates willing to work in the same job description and pay package as the freshers and also the candidates carry with them the weightage of an experience which holds a higher value than a fresher I suppose. This is very alarming and weird.
