In my test category option it is showing that your result is withheld but my test was on 5th feb 2017, so before the result get declared does it shows this "your result is withheld"

Even I gave my elitmus test on 5/2/2017 I got my results on 8/2/2017 within three days. I think your score is witheld because of some descripency. You will have to contact elitmus people, so that they’ll let you know why your score has been witheld
