I have written elimus test already, but still i am not being allowed to apply for jobs, also my score is now shown anywhere. can anyone help?

I have taken ph test some 3 months back my score is not visible on dashboard. aslo i am not able to apply for any test. it says please write ph test but i have already written. there is no proper system here no number to call and talk. can anyone suggest what to do??
