i had made the payment of Rs. 1003 on 2nd october. The amount has been deducted from my account but the dashboard does not reflect that.
Send them email of you bank statement showing deduction and transaction reference.
Also keep calling them.
That is the only way.
At what number do I call them? And where do I post the statement? Please tell me.

Send them an email stating your problem and also attach the transaction receipt.
The email reply may take upto 7 days. So try calling that number first and see if you can get in touch with them.
