I have forgotten my eLitmus account password. What should I do?

Please follow the below mentioned steps to reset your password.

  1. Go to the eLitmus login page, https://www.elitmus.com/login
  2. Enter your email id, and continue
  3. forgot password? link will be shown on the next screen.
  4. Click on Forgot password?
  5. Provide the information asked on the page (email ID associated with eLitmus account or username).
  6. If the information provided matches with our system information, a link will be sent to your communication email address.
  7. Click on the link, in the email sent to you and you will be redirected to the page where you can reset your password.
  8. Login using your new password.

The link which is sent to your email is active only for 2 hours from the time you make the request. Make sure you click on the link and change the password within the stipulated time.
