How many days does it take to get E-Litmus scores taken from home

I have taken an exam today from home and when the results will be sent for the test

usually it takes upto 2 weeks but, I have taken my test on 20 september and still result not released.

Please help me what should i do i was unsuccessful in uploading my rough work in online mode of test

I also give the exam in 20th september , didn’t get the result.
