I have registered for tata electronics recruitment held on 27th march but my ph test is on 28th march will my registration be valid for the tata recruitment process.does my ph test results be taken in account for tata recruitment?

when will the results for the ph test held on 28th march 2021 release ?? I gave the test on 28th march, still it shows that score is being processed…
