I got an interview call letter from Customised Technologies whose event date is on 25 Oct. 2017. The process includes 4 rounds in whic the last round is:
Round-4 Evaluation Period (1-2 weeks) in the Company.
I want to know what does this evaluation period means.

It means if u clear the three round then u have to work in their company for a week then they will decide your job comfirmation.
