Thanks for asking the question. You can provide the code to anyone. Also, take note of the date of expiry for the scholarship code.

Actually it is showing that it is non transferable…so can anyone use it???

Try sharing it with the relevant person. Please note this can be used only once. After the person has applied the code, he/she must need to make the payment. In my case, it worked.

However, if it doesn’t work you can use the code to reapply for improvement of eLitmus score.
