Once you have made the payment, it is not possible to cancel your test. It is an automated system,and once we receive the payment, our system would automatically allocate a seat to you at the test location.
However you could reschedule your pH test to a future date for a maximum of three times and within a period of 3 months from your first pH test date or from your date of payment, whichever is later. Please note you can reschedule your test only till the last date / time to reschedule and not after that.
