Assignment Round
- Once completed, you need to submit the assignment by emailing the same as an attachment to jobs@elitmus.com.
- Include your eLitmus Candidate Id in the subject (7 digit number on the top-right corner of your screen when you login into your eLitmus account.)
- Due to any personal constraints or exams, if you cannot meet the deadline provided in your call, you may submit it later. But do remember we will stop once we have filled up our positions (unlikely though as our bar is high).
Powerpoint Presentation
Background
- At eLitmus, like in consulting world, we often receive one-line ambiguous mandates
- Examples include - we need to improve our quality of hires OR we need to grow our team by 50%
- An eLitmus associate is expected to research and understand the client (their line of business, current employees, leadership, policies etc) along with market environment before a solution is suggested
- This assignment evaluates your ability to research a vast body of information from various sources, assimilate the same, identify key drivers and how to present the same in an interesting way. While the layout of the presentation has points, more weightage is given to the content
Problem statement
- Imagine yourself as a Mckinsey Associate (in the consulting role), you have to make a presentation About Mckinsey and Company to students of the college you did your Undergraduate course/ Bachelors from.
Solution guidelines
- The solution needs to be presented in 4-10 slides (excluding the intro and end).
- One slide could include assumptions on what you are trying to achieve from your presentation (for example more students should aspire for a career at McKinsey OR you know many of students from your college will become CXOs in future in companies which could give work to Mc Kinsey)
