Yes I agree

Attitude is important because it can influence your ability to move through the world.
Learning is not only limited to skills , how we behave is also matters so developing an attitude while learning will effect our growth.Having a positive attitude and persistence will definitely help them in the long run.

It’s crucial for students to adapt to market conditions and explore alternate opportunities, like considering other job options. Having a backup plan and being open to different opportunities can help navigate through uncertain times and ensure a smoother transition into the professional world.

Yes, true.

Attitude in positive terms refers to having a constructive and optimistic mindset towards oneself, others, and life situations. It involves cultivating a positive outlook, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth, and maintaining a solution-oriented approach. A positive attitude encompasses traits such as:

  1. Optimism: Believing in the potential for positive outcomes and looking for the silver lining in difficult situations.
  2. Resilience: Bouncing back from setbacks, learning from failures, and maintaining a “never give up” attitude.
  3. Gratitude: Appreciating the good things in life, acknowledging the efforts of others, and expressing thankfulness.
  4. Self-belief: Having confidence in one’s abilities and trusting in personal strengths to overcome obstacles.
  5. Empathy: Showing understanding, compassion, and kindness towards others, and actively listening to their perspectives.
  6. Flexibility: Being open-minded and adaptable, embracing change, and finding creative solutions to problems.

Cultivating a positive attitude can lead to increased happiness, better relationships, improved problem-solving skills, and overall well-being. It is a mindset that can be developed through self-awareness, intentional practice, and a commitment to personal growth.

In the long term, attitude does matter, thus developing a positive outlook and a proactive professional development strategy is beneficial. It’s crucial to understand that freshmen confront obstacles in a slowdown that are not just a result of their attitude. The availability of jobs and hiring decisions can be strongly impacted by external factors, economic situations, and industry dynamics.
Although attitude and proactive behaviour are crucial for career success, it is also crucial to take into account the larger environment and the difficulties people are facing during a downturn. Freshmen will benefit more from a balanced approach that incorporates empathy, guidance, and an emphasis on both talents and attitude when navigating their professional routes.

Yeah it’s very much true in present day situation where whole world is facing recession. And thanks to Elitmus for providing such a volume of job opportunities for freshers

Yes ,While skills are undoubtedly important for succeeding in a career, attitude plays a significant role in determining one’s ultimate success. Skills can be acquired and developed over time, but the right attitude sets the foundation for growth, adaptability, and resilience.

While freshers facing troubles due to delayed joining may evoke empathy, it’s important to acknowledge their responsibility, particularly their attitude. Awareness of the economic slowdown since Feb-2022, alternate job offers, and the need for adaptability can help freshers make proactive plans and invest in a positive attitude for long-term success.

Yes completely agree

Despite having the necessary abilities, I agree that Freshers need to retain a good attitude. They must alter how they feel about taking chances and being rejected. I believe that in tough economic circumstances, freshmen may experience stress about the prospect of being unemployed, but perseverance and an optimistic outlook will benefit them in the long term.

Yes, both Attitude and Skills are mandatory . Along with that,it should be essential how skills are going to be performed based on our attitude at that particular time.

Well said.
Totally agree

Agreed

Yes, Attitude matters to succeed in career more than skills.
I accept this statement. For example : Recently I attended an group discussion where there observe our speaking skills and attitude. If attitude don’t impact our career then why they conduct group discussion and interview etc.

as it is said by eLitmus that attitude matters, I totally agree with it and I also have my genuine view it is very important not only in IT field but also in any type of job we’re into. Attitude does not mean that we need to be bold in every circumstance (until a certain level) but we need to emphasize what we’re dealing with. In the long run, whether we’re serving an organization or we’re trying to build our own company attitude matters the most to make our implementation successful. even if we’re job seekers or job providers we need to maintain an attitude such that it is helpful for us, for our company as well as for our customers.

I believe that it’s important for students to continuously develop their skills, and explore multiple opportunities. Building a strong skill set and maintaining a positive attitude are indeed crucial for long-term career success.
