guyzz please share the full process of accenture recruitment…like first we have to give elitmus test or if we get shortlisted then we are able to give that test…nd how we get shortlisted…
Accenture recruitment process- Associate software engineer.
Applying: Candidates who are applying for accenture they need to take ph test and possess some valid Ph score, only candidates having a valid Ph score are eligible for accenture drives.
Shorlisting: First eligibiity criteria is a valid Ph score and next most important thing is that, You need to check whether your college is in their list or not, because accenture has given a list of colleges to whom they are going to shortlist. Even though you have a great ph score if your college is not in their list you won’t get shortlisted.
Interview: So according to the above eligibility criteria they will shortlist candidates, but according to ph score nobody can say what is the minimum score to get shortlisted for the interview it is upto them. So if we talk about interview process, As of now candidates who are shortlisted for the interview they need to take another one Round (TR+HR) both tr and hr will be at the panel, at a time 1-5 candidates will be in one batch, Although this is not a GD, they will ask general and technical questions individually.
So from January drive(ASE) they are following the same pattern, but we can’t say either they stick to the same process or not it is their wish. Which process should follow is completely in their hands.
