Hi,

If you got official offer letter then you will get joining.
However, there can be delays by a few months.

Hi,

Its not possible that you get joining without offer. You might have received a tentative joining mail.

Sometimes, at the last moment, they send joining first and then offer letter so that you can accept it.
(It happens if joining is sent 1-2 days before the actual joining date.)

Most probably the next batch will be a month later.
