What to do if unable to be present on interview day

I got interview call from Eziatech company on 10 th december but unable to come due to my college end sem exams, so is there any option left for me to shift the interview date or something else

You cannot change the interview dates.
Decline the interview as date is not convenient.
If you accept and do not appear, then you will get a “No Show” status which is not good.
