I got 99.88 percentile in quants,96.8 in logical reasoning, 96.6 in verbal , 91.2 percent in 10th, 87 in 12th, 7.8 CGPA in EEE BE

You have definitely decent score and u have done pretty well in your academics too. As there are fewer companies for core branches like EEE so whenever there will be a profile for you, you will be called till then keep trying for jobs at other places too.
