Skype Interview

Most of the companies ask us to attend interviews onsite in bangalore. Is it possible that they take interviews via Skype ?

I dont think they allow this .

Yes, some companies do offer Skype interviews. But is depends from company to company. We, as applicants cannot request for a Skype interviews.
I my experience, a very few companies offer Skype while most think an interview in person is better.
