I have taken the PH test on Feb 10th, 2019 and I’m from 2018 batch. My question is, does your college aggregate/CGPA matter? So far I haven’t seen any restrictions on CGPA from most of the companies hiring through eLitmus however there were a few companies that were asking for 65% throughout. Do companies that do not specify anything about CGPA look for 60+ or are they actually considering PH score only?
My second question is, how does your resume affect your chances? Does a good resume compensate for low CGPA and a low PH score? Or a high PH score compensate for an average resume? Thanks
