Its too early. Maybe there is a technical glitch, so the link is not active. If nothing happens till 8PM, then i think we can assume the exam will be postponned.

The same issue with me too. It says, you are not a registered user. 
Yeah but many will be logged on at some cyber trying to start it and we can’t keep checking every sec if the test is loaded or not. If its a some technical issue then they should be rescheduling it for another day than starting later on tonight.
I am online throughout. I’ll keep posted.

yeah i passed login but inside it does not showing any test
I just got a mail which states “Kindly check FAQ. Else we shall revert to you within 4 working days”.
