Less then 60%tage in my graduation (72% in 12th and 64% in 12%) should i take PH test or not?

Go for it.
I also have a low graduation score of only 7.0 CGPA.
I have given elitmus and waiting for the results.
Don’t lose hope. Prepare well and score high in elitmus.
