Now a days, the drives are occurring at the eLitmus office (for Bangalore). Usually the drives happen on weekends and the companies do their selection process at the eLitmus office.
Some companies do their drives at their own office.
For other location, I have seen that the written test is conducted in a school or college, then candidates are called later at the company location for F2F interviews.
Some companies even go for Skype interviews.
