now i am studying btech final year my 10 and 12th certificates re in college my college management will not give that certificates can i write exam with custodian

You can write the exam without documents, but they will not release your result until you show them your original documents.
I would suggest you write an application to your principal requesting him to allow you to take your originals for eLitmus exam. After the exam you can submit the originals to the college again.
